Internal Regulations

These Rules are based on the principles of respect for the rights and freedoms of participants in the College’s educational process, equality before the law, the presumption of innocence, fairness, and the prevention of disciplinary misconduct. The main purpose of the Rules is to ensure compliance with the following norms and principles of conduct that preserve and strengthen the College’s internal ethics and culture:

  • strengthening teaching, labor, and executive discipline;

  • showing mutual respect toward one another;

  • ensuring the formation of calm and friendly relations;

  • preventing possible unpleasant and unethical incidents;

  • treating the College’s material, moral, and intellectual values with care;

  • not violating generally accepted moral and ethical standards of conduct.
